I listened to the audio book narrated by one of my favorites Luke Daniels, and he did a excellent job as always.

This was a short, silly, and wonderfully meaty mystery. It is told completely from the POV of the best boy ever Oberon the Irish wolfhound. This story takes place after Staked in the Iron Druid series. But you don’t have to have read any of those books to enjoy this one. At just over 2 hours long and very entertaining it actually would be a good first impression to the series for younger readers.

I give The Purloined Poodle  4 out of 5 Sausages…..er I mean stars.
